Effect of Cadmium Chloride on the Histological Structure of Lung in Adult Male Mice with and without Parsley Oil

This study is to detect the toxic effect of cadmium chloride on histological structure lung and parsley oil amilorate these changes 
 In this experiement 40 adult male mice were divided into four groups. Goup A (control group) in group animals injected with normal saline intraperitoneally single daily dose for 30 days.
 Group B intrapertioneally 3.5 mg/kg body weight C intraperetonially a weight. Intragastric tube was put recieve 0.5 ml/kg prior injection. The two drugs given D recieved by intragastric At end experiement, sacrified lungs collected from all groups prepared light microscopical examination.
 Histological detected treated comparison control including congestion, inflammatory cell infiltration, interstial pneumonia (decreased alveolar space), thickening interalveolar septum damge cells. All eliminated giving oil.
